ALL OUR SALES ARE FINAL, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM MADE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR POLICIES MAY DIFFER BETWEEN PRODUCTS AND THAT PAYMENT OPTIONS MAY VARY FROM ONE SERVICE TO ANOTHER. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WE TREAT VIOLATIONS OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS VERY SERIOUSLY, AND WE HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO OFFER REFUNDS TO USERS WHO VIOLATE THESE TERMS, EVEN IF THEIR REQUESTS ARE MADE WITHIN THE DESIGNATED REFUND PERIOD. GENERAL RULE FOR RETURN

  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS UNLESS THEY ARE FAULTY DUE TO MANUFACTURER ERRORS. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 24-48 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT(S) AT SUPPORT@THISISOCEANPARK.COM.
  • TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR BUSINESS FROM MALICIOUS ACTORS, OCEAN PARK WILL NOT CLICK OR OPEN ANY LINKS. PLEASE ONLY PROVIDE PROOF OF DAMAGE BY USE OF PHOTOS, ORDER NUMBER, AND EMAIL ADDRESS THEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED AFTER REVIEWAL AND APPROVAL. EMAILS CONTAINING LINKS WILL NOT BE HONORED DUE TO THIS SECURITY CONCERN.
  • TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED.
  • THE ITEM(S) MUST BE NEW, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE OF ANY ODORS OR FRAGRANCES.
  • IF ITEM(S) DO NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT HIS/HER EXPENSE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DETERMINE IF RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS IN A SUITABLE CONDITION.
  • ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM AND WHETHER THE REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED OR REJECTED. IF YOU ARE APPROVED, REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS.
  • WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT, AND ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
