FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER/ABANDONED PACKAGES.

  • IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO PROVIDED SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (OCEAN PARK) AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
  • IF RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT LOCAL SHIPPING CENTER FOR PICK UP. IF CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP, PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER (OCEAN PARK) AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
  • FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, IF YOU REFUSE RECEIPT OF PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO OCEAN PARK AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE MAY INCLUDE SHIPPING AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY INCURRED. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL AMOUNT REFUNDED.
  • PACKAGES WILL BE HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS, AFTERWARDS IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS WHO ABANDONED A PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR THEIR ORDER.

MISSING PACKAGES

  • IF YOUR ITEMS GET LOST IN THE MAIL, YOU WILL NEED TO LODGE A FORMAL INVESTIGATION WITH THE COURIER COMPANY FOR THEM TO COVER YOU FOR THE LOSS/DAMAGES OF YOUR ITEMS.
  • IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS TRACKED OR SIGNED FOR, AND YOUR ITEMS BECOME LOST, YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR YOUR LOSS/DAMAGES. OCEAN PARK WILL NOT PAY TO COVER THE COST OF POSTAGE AND LOST ITEMS IN THE MAIL. COURIER COMPANY WILL BE YOUR PRIMARY CONTACT FOR LOSS/DAMAGES UNDER THEIR SERVICES.
